Storyloka's full texts come from these historical editions. The family lessons, quizzes and paintings are original work by Storyloka and are never labelled as the source translation.

    The Bible

World English Bible, Protestant edition (66 books). eBible.org — dedicated to the public domain; “World English Bible” is a trademark of its publisher. Source

    Bhagavad Gita

Edwin Arnold, The Song Celestial (1885). All 18 chapters of this poetic English rendering. It is not a literal Sanskrit edition. Source

    Arabian Nights

Andrew Lang’s selected edition (1898). 35 sections. Not every tale in every Arabian Nights tradition. Source

    Ramayana

Ralph T. H. Griffith’s English verse translation (1870–1874). 494 sections. The edition omits passages and summarises the final book; it is not the complete seven-book Sanskrit Ramayana. Source

    The Iliad

Samuel Butler’s prose rendering (1898). All 24 books. Source

    The Story of Troy

Michael Clarke (1897). A historical retelling of the wider Trojan cycle, including the wooden horse. Source
